Overload protection mechanism: The impact plate adjustment system has an overload protection function. When foreign matter (such as iron blocks) enters the crushing chamber, the impact plate automatically retracts and bounces up to prevent equipment damage.
Wide hardness range: It can crush soft materials (such as clay) and hard materials (such as limestone), and the energy consumption is lower than that of the hammer crusher, which meets the diverse needs of raw materials in cement production.

5、Convenient maintenance: Reduce downtime
Screenless design: Overcome the blockage problem caused by high material humidity in traditional crushers and reduce the frequency of downtime cleaning.
Easy replacement of wearing parts: The plate hammer adopts a mechanical clamping structure, and the rotor can rotate forward and reverse, so that the hammer head and crushing plate are evenly worn and the service life is extended; the large machine uses a hydraulic cylinder to open the crushing chamber, which is convenient for replacing wearing parts.
Sealing process: The bearing end cover adopts a labyrinth seal to prevent stones from entering the bearing, extend the bearing life and reduce maintenance costs.
